Steve Mills is President and a founding partner of Leadership Development Resources, LLC. Steve serves as a church coach/consultant and teacher. He previously served as the Church Ministries Leadership Coach, Executive Director of the Division of Church Ministries, for the Northwest Ministry Network and in national denominational church ministries leadership. He has served as a pastor and currently serves as an Assistant Professor for Pastoral Ministries at Northwest University.
